Hettich Italia staged an exclusive two-week event in Soave, in the splendid setting of the Pieropan winery, to underline its proximity to the Italian market after the success of the last interzum in Cologne.
The event, entitled 'It's all in Hettich', the same as the campaign proposed at interzum, was an opportunity to meet customers, the sales network and Italian journalists.
Not only German quality
Listening to the market is at the heart of the strategy of Hettich Italia, the Italian branch of the German multinational that has been based in Cimadolmo in the province of Treviso for over 30 years.
Welcoming the journalists, Francesco Brambilla, Managing Director of Hettich Italia, said that "it is of vital importance for us to solicit direct dialogue with customers and all operators in the sector with whom we have long-standing relationships of trust and mutual exchange. The company considered it essential to establish a direct dialogue with manufacturers and agents in order to be able to gather indications and possible needs and thus be able to structure a plan of action. This event follows the important appointment with the Salone del Mobile in Milan, which has always indicated the trends in the sector, and with interzum, the ideal international stage where Hettich presented all its new products, the result of concrete relations with all operators.
FurnSpin and other new products
The Cologne event was a success for the innovative FurnSpin, winner of the interzum Award 2023, which caught the attention of manufacturers thanks to its smooth rotary motion and its ability to integrate seamlessly and quietly into furniture. FurnSpin is the result of strong partnerships with the supply chain, a strategy that Hettich Italia also wants to replicate for the Italian market. In addition to FurnSpin, the outdoor kitchen, innovative home office solutions and all the best Hettich products were presented.
Working alongside users with new digital tools
Alongside product innovations, which will soon be included in the Cimadolmo showroom, Hettich Italia is also implementing its services in line with the parent company's guidelines, which aim to promote the simplification of production and assembly processes using new digital tools that include the web and augmented reality, offering concrete help to all customers.
Indeed, the Hettich Group develops its solutions by seeking to interpret users' needs in the conviction that they can only be successful if all those involved are willing to share their expertise and know-how.
Hettich Italia is also implementing a dedicated service for architects and interior designers, again promoting listening and exchange activities.
