Among plant elements, soft surfaces and a suggestive atmosphere, the set visually translates the values of well-being, sustainability and traceability that guide the association.

Sustainability at the center

Participation in the event confirms the association’s commitment, which brings together the leading Italian producers of natural fillings, in promoting the culture of feather and down in the upholstered furniture and bedding sector.

In this context it was able to present to buyers, designers and industry professionals the qualities of fillings certified in natural feather and down, an expression of an Italian supply chain that combines manufacturing tradition, research and respect for the environment.

Particular attention was given to the issue of sustainability: thanks to laboratory tests and the certificate of conformity issued by Hohenstein, feathers and down 100% natural certified are officially recognized as biodegradable and compostable. At the end of their life cycle they can in fact reintegrate into the biological cycle as a natural fertilizer, without leaving harmful residues.

To ensure transparency and traceability, Assopiuma promotes rigorous quality standards through a certification system recognized at international level.

The numbered labels applied to products guarantee traceability, transparency and control of composition, offering the final consumer a concrete tool for protection and recognition.
