Always at the forefront of high quality functional design, Franke took part in the Fuorisalone by presenting its 2024 novelties in its Flagship Store at Via Pontaccio 18, which are increasingly geared towards improving the well-being of its consumers.

Among the new proposals, the star was Mythos Water Hub, the multifunctional water customisation system that reinvents the functionality of the mixer in the kitchen, providing instant access to your favourite water. In addition to the standard choices of hot and cold water, Water Hub allows you to choose from four other special filtered water functions: room temperature, chilled, sparkling and boiling.

Efficiency, comfort and functionality in the kitchen 

The Mythos Water Hub system brings efficiency, comfort and functionality into the daily routine: it is an innovative solution that allows you to select your favourite water and access it instantly. You can choose between two options: Mythos Water Hub Sparkling and Mythos Water Hub All-In-One. 

In the Sparkling version, in addition to the standard choices of hot and cold water, you can choose from a selection of 3 other special filtered water functions: room temperature, chilled and sparkling. 

The full All-In-One version, on the other hand, adds a further special function: instant boiling water, which is very useful when cooking, for example, to significantly reduce the preparation time for hot drinks and dishes.

Simple and intuitive operation 

Equipped with a multifunctional system with electronic LED display for intuitive and simple operation, the Mythos Water Hub mixer makes it easy to choose between different functions. 

Operation is very simple: simply press the electronic control to activate the Water Hub, then turn and select the desired water function according to the colours indicated and hold to start the water flow. Once you have the desired amount of water, simply release the electronic control. 

Alternatively, after selecting the desired water function, the control can be pressed twice to obtain a continuous water flow of 0.5L, 1 litre or 2 litres, depending on the preset volumes for each type of water. Volumes can also be customised at any time via the dedicated Franke App, which allows you to change parameters such as the amount of carbon dioxide, for example, to obtain more or less sparkling water, and the various functions remotely.

A compact and sustainable solution 

Mythos Water Hub is an extremely compact solution that can be easily installed under the sink.

The system saves additional space in the kitchen, as it eliminates the need to buy bottles of still and sparkling water, replacing water coolers and kettles, and frees up refrigerator and freezer space from the bottles once used to chill water. 

The multifunctional Mythos Water Hub mixer is also a sustainable choice that limits environmental impact, reducing the need to buy plastic bottles by 99%. 

An innovative filter 

Mythos Water Hub features the innovative Pro M Connect filter, designed with a five-stage filtration process that removes harmful contaminants, including toxic metals, chlorine and other organic substances such as pesticides and microplastics, down to 5 microns. All while preserving healthy minerals such as calcium and magnesium. The filter is also easy to replace; replacement can take place every 6-12 months depending on water hardness. Integrated RFID technology ensures that the Franke device shares a notification when the filter needs to be replaced.

Functionality, innovation, design and sustainability: these are the qualities recognised for Mythos Water Hub, which received three awards at the Kitchen Innovation Awards, including Best Innovation 2024 in all product categories, as well as Best of the Best in the kitchen mixer category. "
