Salice, a company specialized in the production of hinges and furniture accessories, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l. (“Villes"), an Italian company renowned for its innovative, high-quality sliding systems, mainly intended for furniture, interior doors and shower enclosures.
After the acquisition of Atim last year, Andrea Marcellan, CEO of the Salice Group, emphasized that, "the addition of Villes confirms our ambition to become the global leader in hardware and in accessories for the furniture industry. This acquisition expands the range of sliding systems in our Group, a solution increasingly adopted by our customers and appreciated by consumers."

New opportunities and new synergies
Thanks to this acquisition and integration, Salice will be able to expand its range of sliding systems, complementing the current offering of the Bortoluzzi brand with patented, highly customizable and easy-to-use solutions. New opportunities thus arise that will improve the service and the value offered to customers thanks to the potential provided by these synergies.
"We are pleased to officially become part of the Salice Group," said Franco Villa, CEO and co-founder of Villes. "This integration strengthens our shared mission, projecting us toward a future of collaboration and shared success. Our dedication and commitment to customers and partners remain unchanged." Franco Villa will continue in his role to ensure continuity in existing relationships.
