Schattdecor SE reorganizes its Board of Directors thereby laying the foundation for  further strategic development and redefining the distribution of responsibilities. The new provisions take effect immediately.

Claudia Küchen succeeds Robert Vuga, who has held various international executive positions within the company, in the role of Global Head of Sales within the Board.

Robert Vuga leaves after 26 years with the company

Robert Vuga, who worked at the Schattdecor Group for 26 years and made a decisive contribution to the company's development, leaves his position as CSO, by mutual agreement with Schattdecor SE, to pursue new professional challenges.

Since 2024, he has served as Commercial Director, responsible for the Group's global sales activities. During a period marked by significant organizational and strategic changes, he provided major impetus and closely oversaw the necessary structural adjustments in the commercial area.

Claudia Küchen, new Global Head of Sales

To further strengthen the company's organization and strategic orientation, Claudia Küchen will assume responsibility for global Sales within the Board, integrating them with her current responsibilities for Design, Marketing and Communications. This new configuration will allow for closer integration of market- and customer-related core functions under a single leadership within the Board of Directors.

The new Board reorganization: a smaller body composed of four members

The new reorganization enables Schattdecor to more clearly define responsibilities within the Board of Directors, grouping strategically relevant thematic areas into a smaller body composed of four members. 

In addition to Claudia Küchen, the Board of Directors includes Dr. Derick Beitel, serving as the Board's spokesperson and responsible for Finance, IT and Human Resources; Claus Neuffer, responsible for the Technical area, the technological development of decorative products and Sustainability; and Michael Then, responsible for Production and Purchasing.
