On December 15th, SAIB and Egger signed an agreement which provides for the sale of 60% of the shares of SAIB to the Egger group.

Two large family businesses, both leaders in the market of panels and semi-finished wood products, join forces to grow together and offer customers an ever higher level of service.
 

SAIB ready to face new challenges

SAIB, which has just celebrated 60 years of activity characterized by constant growth in both national and international markets, is preparing to face new challenges with an important development perspective in terms of production capacity and expansion of the product portfolio.

The Caorso plant will continue to be managed by the members of the family that owns SAIB, Giuseppe Conti, Clara Conti and Sergio Doriguzzi.
