- Flexible polyurethane foam
At Interzum 2025, Orsa foam unveiled Recycla®, a new range of flexible polyurethane foams created as a concrete response to the growing need for sustainability in the industry.

Recycla® is not just a technical project, but the result of a broader vision: to innovate while reducing environmental impact, without sacrificing the performance, quality and versatility that have always characterized the company's work.
One range, two main lines
The new range consists of two main lines: Recycla® Polyether and Recycla® Polyester.
Recycla® Poliether originates from the recovery of end-of-life mattresses through a chemical recycling process that returns polyurethane to its polyol state. This material is then used to create new quality foams.
Recycla® Polyester, on the other hand, uses polyols obtained from PET recycling, allowing, depending on the formulation, up to 100 percent polyols derived from recycling to be used.

A more responsible production model
Both lines represent a concrete application of circular economy principles, giving new life to materials otherwise destined for landfill.
With Recycla®, Orsa foam takes a significant step toward a more responsible production model. A path made of targeted choices and concrete actions, to transform innovation into a real contribution to the sustainability of the sector.
