Level One, Level, and Level Invisible are the three new induction hobs with extractor hoods from Falmec, three different downdraft solutions that share the same high-performance technology.

Each model has functional and aesthetic features designed to meet different needs: from the simplicity of Level One to the flexibility of Level, to the total integration of the “Invisible” version. Each model is in energy class A++ and is equipped with a motorized up/down system and a powerful and silent 800 m³/h brushless motor, which can also be installed at the rear to optimize space inside the wall unit.

All three integrated cooking systems are equipped with a filter basket that also acts as a condensate collector, and can be requested with high-efficiency Carbon.Zeo Microtech filters, which are regenerable.

Level One: sophisticated aesthetics and advanced functionality

Level One (in the opening photo) combines excellent extraction and a versatile induction hob in a single elegant solution characterized by a sophisticated combination of materials and attention to detail. The extraction unit is made of black satin-finish aluminum, smoked glass, and dynamic LED lighting, while the black glass-ceramic induction hob is available in two versions: glossy or scratch-resistant matte, both equipped with touch controls with elegant white LEDs.

Thanks to rear extraction, the Level One integrated cooking system offers advanced features and unobstructed cooking. The induction hob with 4 cooking zones arranged in a line and 9 levels + boost is designed to accommodate pots and pans of various sizes, while the Automode function allows you to automatically adjust the extraction based on the cooking power, optimizing efficiency and consumption. Level One also integrates Flex Surface technology with a double bridge function, which allows for extremely versatile use, even with large pots. The Keep Warm function keeps food at the ideal temperature, and Chef Mode allows you to set different temperatures on each cooking zone for optimal management of times and preparations.

Level: clean and refined design

An integrated cooking system with a clean and refined design, Level is made of black satin-finish aluminum and smoked glass. An elegant LED strip with dynamic lighting enhances the 90 cm structure, illuminating the worktop with a color temperature that can be adjusted according to personal preferences and the atmosphere of the room. It is also equipped with a 3-speed + boost touch control panel and Dialogue System technology, which allows you to control the hood directly from a Falmec induction hob.

Level Invisible: uniform and essential visual effect

As its name suggests, Level Invisible disappears from view thanks to its top panel, which can be customized with the same material as the worktop, creating a uniform and minimalist visual effect. It lifts with a touch of the hand and, with a simple gesture, you can adjust the suction via the touch control panel with 3 speeds + boost located at the front. Like Level One and Level, this induction hob with integrated hood is also available in a single 90 cm size and is made of satin-finish aluminum and smoked glass, enhanced by a dynamic LED strip light.

Thanks to Dialogue System technology, the Level Invisible integratd cooking system can be controlled directly from the Falmec induction hob, using the integrated touch control and wireless radio frequency connection.
