At EuroCucina FTK 2026 Falmec presented its new extraction systems and, through the Mimesis design concept, its  vision for the future of the kitchen, where air becomes a silent, almost invisible presence that integrates harmoniously into the kitchen, creating an environment that synthesizes aesthetics, comfort and wellbeing.

The company's participation in the Milan event this year took on even greater significance: Falmec celebrated 45 years of activity together with visitors, a milestone that reflects a journey built on solidity, innovation and research in the production of extraction systems designed for a better quality of life in the kitchen.

Falmec Cooking Systems: functionality and new finishes

Falmec presented itself at EuroCucina FTK 2026 no longer as a company dedicated to extraction, but as a brand of intelligent solutions that combine multiple functions in the kitchen. The concept of extraction increasingly integrated with cooking takes shape with Icon, Eclipse and Brera Slim, three cooking systems that contain in the cooktop a true “aspirating heart.” Icon is distinguished by its central grate with elegant copper, gold and anthracite finishes, Eclipse by an automatic central flap, and Brera Slim by the rear visor, which allows for a minimal and uniform solution on the work surface.

All new models are available in the new Ultra-Matt glass-ceramic finish, characterized by more advanced scratch-resistant technology, greater durability and reduced fingerprint visibility, making cleaning easier. In addition, the new Cooking Systems are offered in two new matte color variants: champagne and gray.

Thanks to a new patented technology that allows maximum expressive freedom in terms of color and graphic combinations, creativity and color enter the kitchen in the cooktops. Geometric patterns for the “Graphica” collection and material textures  for the “Matherica” range transform the surfaces of the cooktops into artistic canvases, always enhanced by the new Ultra-Matt scratch-resistant finish.

Technologies and functions that simplify life

Also featured are Falmec technologies that make daily tasks simpler and more efficient: E.ion System, Comfortsilence and No-Drop System.

The new Pura, Matrix and Virgola E.ion combine the extraction function with an advanced air purification system; la Comfort-silence technology, on the other hand, offers “quiet” solutions that reduce acoustic impact without compromising performance; a result even more noticeable in the exclusive Silence NRS technology which, in the new hood Elle, is combined with the No-Drop anti-condensation system. 

An elegant “ring” of dynamic light in the hood Polar Light Evo allows varying the color temperature of the lighting while the new copper, gold, anthracite and sand-gray finishes integrate perfectly with contemporary furnishings.
