Himacs, the Solid Surface conceived and produced by LX Hausys, strengthens its commitment to more responsible and sustainable solutions by expanding its 2026 new color range with pre-consumer recycled content certified by SCS. These updates, continuously evolving, allow the company to offer architects and designers a reliable, future-oriented choice for architecture and interior design.

Higher recycled content, same performance
With its refined stone-inspired aesthetic, M633 Aurora Sage from the Aurora & Marble collection now incorporates 6% of recycled content, while S235 Urban Sage and S236 Lafayette Green from the Solids collection now feature 8% of recycled content.
In the Terrazzo range, Q107 Terrazzo Selva stands out for the significant 25% of pre-consumer recycled content certified by SCS, representing an important step forward in integrating higher amounts of recycled material, without compromising the distinctive performance and aesthetics of HIMACS.
Another important milestone
HIMACS has also obtained the Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort Gold certification, the highest level of the certification Indoor Air Comfort (IAC), further strengthening its suitability for environments where indoor air quality and occupant well-being are essential.
Recognized as one of the most rigorous standards in Europe, this certification confirms compliance with the strictest criteria regarding VOC emissions, identifying products with the lowest emissions in their category. Thanks to its homogeneous, non-porous composition and the absence of VOC emissions, formaldehyde, silica and nanoparticles, the Solid Surface HIMACS is designed to create cleaner, healthier indoor environments. The result is a surface that is durable, hygienic and high-performing, increasingly appreciated by architects and designers for the creation of wall claddings, kitchens, bathrooms and custom furniture for retail, residential and public spaces.
