The 59th edition of Marmomac, scheduled to take place in Verona September 23-26, 2025, confirms itself as the main international event dedicated to the stone industry in which Italy continues to strengthen its global leadership, maintaining its position in the top 3 in all categories of the supply chain, with absolute supremacy in the machinery and technology sector.
With more than 1,400 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and a global community of more than 50,000 operators and professionals from 150 nations, according to 2024 figures, the event consolidates its role as a strategic platform for the industry, a meeting point for companies, designers, institutions and operators from all over the world.
“Marmomac is much more than a trade fair: it is the international stage where natural stone becomes business, culture, innovation and relationships,” comments President Federico Bricolo. "Veronafiere confirms itself as the world capital of the techno-lapid sector, with a strategic event for one of the sectors of excellence of Made in Italy. A result made possible thanks to a system project involving companies, production districts, institutions and associations such as the Ministries of Made in Italy and Foreign Affairs, ICE-Agenzia and Confindustria Marmomacchine."

Matter, technology and culture
Protagonists of the 2025 edition of Marmomac are matter, technology and culture, three areas that will have their showcase in 12 exhibition halls and 8 outdoor exhibition areas, to which is added, new this year, the Antolini® Hall, set up in the two central aisles of the Mercatali Galleries.
First protagonist is the material: here stone is told in its many lives, from raw block to finished work, enhancing territorial identities, production districts and the knowledge that accompanies the transformation process. This year Marmomac has also chosen to celebrate stone and its natural beauty with a program of daily screenings of “Il Capo,” by Yuri Ancarani, filmed entirely in a marble quarry.
Half of the event's exhibition area will showcase artisan know-how, the latest technologies and the most advanced machinery from across the international stone production chain.
Finally, culture to which an entire section is dedicated, linked to design and project visions, a privileged observatory of new aesthetics, languages and contemporary approaches to the lithic project.

Cultural heart of Marmomac 2025
Inside Hall 10, The Plus Theatre, the cultural heart of the event, will see a program of talks, lectios, workshops and four thematic exhibitions dedicated to the stone universe.
The space directed by Giorgio Canale confirms itself as a crossroads of experimentation and dialogue between natural stone, design and future visions. The exhibition “Fabula Litica: The Enchanted Forest,” curated by Giuseppe Fallacara, sees the involvement of more than 15 universities, national and international, and research institutes; Carlo Trevisani and Silvia Dandini for ADI, with the exhibition “ADI - Modular Verticality,” continue the investigation into the compositional languages of stone. In addition, the exhibition, curated by Giorgio Canale, “Stone Next,” is dedicated to the most innovative technologies, machinery and tools for stone processing while Raffaello Galiotto's “Epiphanies” celebrates ingenuity through mechanical and technological innovation.
As for the talks, Marmomac Academy, since 1998 a point of reference for professional updating and multidisciplinary dialogue, offers a rich international program each year that explores topics related to the selection and use of natural stone, design and the most advanced processing techniques.
