Here we go: from October 14 to 17 SICAM returns to Pordenone SICAM, the International Exhibition of Components, Accessories and Semi-finished Products for the Furniture Industry, one of the most international and business-focused events on the sector's trade fair calendar. Four days to see and touch materials, surfaces, components and technological solutions that anticipate market trends: from sustainability to the synthesis of aesthetics and functionality, up to offerings with a high level of customization. Intelligent systems for drawers and doors, new materiali that are resistant and lightweight, surfaces that are tactile and emotional, integrated lighting: these are just some of the new products proposed by around 700 exhibitors from more than 30 countries present at the fair.

SICAM 2025: events not to miss
Alongside the stands and the many exhibition novelties, SICAM 2025 hosts a program of events selected to offer insights and opportunities for international exchange: the 4th Kyiv International Furniture Summit, a highly topical seminar on the American market, Recycla's conference on sustainability, the “Eccellenze a Confronto” conference organized together with ADI Friuli Venezia Giulia, and the Pordenone off-show “Enjoy Pordenone with SICAM”.

4th Kyiv International Furniture Summit
On Tuesday, October 14, at Sala Zuliani from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, SICAM will host the fourth edition of the Kyiv International Furniture Summit, a significant event that focuses on the reconstruction of Ukraine. Discussions will address how design and the furniture industry can contribute to revitalizing communities and territories affected by the war, with attention to customized solutions, sustainability and the international project “Ukraine: Rebuild Green 2030”.
New business opportunities with the United States
M2 Consulting Group returns to Pordenone with a delegation of U.S. buyers from the bathroom-kitchen sector to address a very topical theme: what new business opportunities may exist with the United States. On Wednesday, October 15 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM in Sala Superiore, the seminar “Challenges mean opportunity: navigating the North American market” will feature Veronika Miller, CEO of M2 Connect, and will be followed by a panel discussion with American buyers, an interesting opportunity for direct exchange to get into the heart of North American market dynamics.
Concrete solutions between regulation and sustainability
On Thursday, October 16 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Sala Zuliani will host the conference organized by Recycla – Herambiente Group entitled “From Waste to Resource: the environmental challenges and efficiency improvements of the furniture industry - Concrete solutions between regulation and sustainability.” Extremely topical issues will be addressed such as waste management, the correct classification of packaging and the concrete experience of companies in the furniture sector that have transformed waste into value, reducing costs and environmental impact, will be presented.
The final debate with the audience will provide space for practical questions and real cases, with the aim of moving from regulatory complexity to the valorization of waste as a resource, in a perspective of shared efficiency and sustainability.
Education and local industrial realities
On Friday, October 17 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Sala Zuliani, ADI Friuli Venezia Giulia and SICAM consolidate their collaboration by organizing a conference titled “Eccellenze a Confronto”, aimed at highlighting the synergies between higher education and local industrial realities. The initiative will involve students, teachers, companies and fair visitors, offering an overview of design and production excellences, collaboration opportunities and the innovative projects developed jointly between universities and businesses. The conference represents an occasion to enhance young talent and promote local excellences through the ADI FVG network.
The Pordenone off-show
From October 13 to 17 the third edition of Enjoy Pordenone with SICAM returns, Pordenone's off-show with events, concerts, tastings and meetings that will enliven the city during the fair days. An event open to everyone, a true off-show that will tell stories and excellences of a territory where furniture is not the only thing at home.
