Neolith, a brand specialized in the production of sintered stone surfaces, continues to further strengthen its commitment to a more efficient, circular and responsible industrial model. The company is indeed pursuing a sustainability strategy by implementing measures aimed at energy efficiency, decarbonization, material circularity and the responsible management of natural resources.
This vision also perfectly integrates with its commitment to innovation, operational excellence and the development of high-performance surfaces, capable of meeting the needs of the architecture and design sectors.

Measures to reduce environmental impact
During 2025, Neolith implemented several measures to improve energy performance at its production facility, optimizing consumption, improving operational performance and reducing the environmental impact of its activities. Interventions include the installation of an automatic system for controlling the humidity and temperature of the dryers, automation of cold air intakes in the kilns, review of residual electrical consumption and adjustment of temperatures during kiln shutdowns. It also optimized air-gas regulation in the burners and installed electric dryers before entry to the kilns to refine product quality. These actions contributed to a 5% reduction in total energy consumption compared to last year. Neolith thus confirmed its commitment to decarbonization targets, aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and validated by the organization in 2024, which aim to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. Guarantees of Origin (GO) and a photovoltaic system also ensure 100% electricity supply from renewable sources for the production facility.

An efficient and sustainable circular model
Material circularity, emissions reduction and responsible water management are the other elements that are fundamental to Neolith’s environmental strategy, making its industrial model more efficient and sustainable.
Certified Cradle to Cradle, and since 2024 Cradle to Cradle Certified® Bronze, the company is implementing strategic action plans in areas such as Clean Air, Cycling Plan and Water & Soil Stewardship.
Under the Clean Air program, Neolith has implemented improvements in energy efficiency to reduce both CO₂ emissions and those of other air pollutants. Through its Cycling Plan, the company reintroduces excess materials into the production process, achieving a more efficient lifecycle and offering products with recycled content of up to 98%.
Regarding water management, also a priority for its environmental strategy, in 2025 the company achieved a 10% reduction in water consumption compared to the previous year, thanks to the installation of strategic meters at its production facility, and ensured the treatment of 100% of the industrial wastewater generated at the plants, with the goal of zero wastewater discharge.
