“We are very satisfied with the results of this edition, which reward the work developed together with partners, associations and exhibiting companies” – said Thomas Rosolia, Chief Executive Officer of Koelnmesse Italia. - “We created a concrete and useful event for all operators in the supply chain. The two days of the event were designed to offer opportunities for updates, discussion and networking to those within companies who are called to make strategic and operational decisions, helping them interpret market evolution and face regulatory changes.”

A direct dialogue with supply chain professionals
The two days of interzum forum italy provided an opportunity to analyze the evolving dynamics of the design supply chain and its related supply chains.
The format of the event combines an exhibition with a rich program of meetings curated by national and international experts. Particular attention was given to regulatory compliance and the increasingly required skills to support implementation and innovation.
“Companies – emphasized Carlotta Benardelli, Project Manager of interzum forum italy, - recognized the value of the path developed with professionals and architects, understanding the opportunity to create a direct dialogue with the key interlocutors of the supply chain.”

Sustainability, innovation and artificial intelligence
The congress focused attention on the evolution of subcontracting across different industrial sectors, with particular focus on sustainability, innovation and changes in lifestyles. Among the main themes were the kitchen as an integrated space in the architecture of living, hybrid environments oriented to well-being, contract solutions for the nautical sector and the bedding industry's response to ecodesign and sleep quality needs.
Innovation was at the center of the entire program, addressing topics such as artificial intelligence, computational design, Life Cycle Assessment and low environmental impact materials. Attention was also given to interiors for mobility sectors — from camper vans to superyachts — together with smart furniture and the integration of IoT in connected living systems. Sessions dedicated to office, hospitality and contract spaces, supported by international case histories, highlighted how the sector is addressing digitalization, flexibility, inclusivity and sustainability with a strategic approach.

The world of surfaces and decorative technologies
Also Surface in Motion presented a broad and diversified conference program, focused on the latest developments shaping the world of surfaces and decorative technologies.
In this area CSIL presented a comprehensive analysis of the European furniture industry, with particular attention to decorative printing, innovative surface technologies, sustainable finishing solutions and new-generation materials.
