Back at the Rimini Exhibition Centre from October 14 to 16, 2026, InOut | The Hospitality Community, the leading event in Italy that brings together the entire hospitality supply chain to address market transformations and new models of guest reception. Organized by Italian Exhibition Group together with TTG Travel Experience, the event is an integrated format where the offer related to design, furnishings, technologies and equipment for the hospitality meets the demand of organized tourism.

InOut 2026: “Exist” at the center of new hospitality models

In a world where everything changes quickly, InOut chooses as the theme of the 2026 edition “Exist”, an invitation to rethink time and to reaffirm the centrality of the human experience, becoming protagonists of the present again and taking on an active role.

Hospitality design: wellness, sustainability and accessibility at InOut 2026

Completing the offer is a series of exhibitions dedicated to exploring the new frontiers of the hospitality, among these the most important is Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design, an exhibition project dedicated to one of the most relevant themes for the future ofhospitality: the creation of sustainable, accessible and inclusive wellness experiences.

The exhibition, curated by Wellness Design, interprets the growing attention the sector pays to the individual, placing design at the center in creating spaces capable of accommodating different needs, abilities and sensitivities. Hosted in pavilion B1, Sustainable & Inclusive Hospitality Design recreates lounge, room, spa and outdoor environments, with ad hoc solutions for people with and without disabilities, and sustainable products focused on accessibility, people's well-being and environmental protection.

Thinking Box 2026: architecture, training and innovation for hospitality

Architecture, training and innovation are at the heart of the InOut | The Hospitality Community program.  The Order of Architects PPC of the Province of Rimini renews, for the fourth consecutive year, its collaboration with the event, consolidating a path dedicated to professional development and exchange.

The 2026 edition marks the evolution of the studio-space Thinking Box, inaugurated in 2023 and over the years becoming a point of reference for architects, designers and operators in the hospitality sector. Born as a place reserved for seminars, conferences and interdisciplinary dialogue, the format expands this year its scope, moving talks and debates across the event pavilions with the introduction of a program of guided visits in each fair cluster among selected exhibiting companies. Architects, besides earning training credits, will thus be able to explore firsthand materials, technologies, design solutions and innovative products for the hospitality.

InOut | The Hospitality Community 2026 takes place from October 14 to 16, 2026 at the Rimini Exhibition Centre, concurrently with TTG Travel Experience. The event brings together companies and professionals from the hospitality supply chain with an offering dedicated to indoor and outdoor furnishings, hotel supplies, technologies, wellness and the design of hospitality spaces.
