The division Rehau Interior Solutions showcased at SICAM 2025 its rich portfolio of components and services designed to make the furniture design process increasingly flexible.

At the booth edgings, surfaces and tambour doors took center stage, offered in a wide range of colors and decors to give manufacturers, cabinetmakers and interior designers maximum freedom in design choices, while maintaining high quality standards, ease of processing and attention to sustainability.

Raukantex edgings: innovation and customization

The latest developments in the Raukantex edgings family were presented at SICAM 2025, including the edgings Raukantex Pigment and Raukantex Canvas. 

Raukantex Pigment has undergone a significant evolution thanks to pigmented milling radii that allow the decor to extend across the entire edge, eliminating the frame effect. For wood decors, the grain in the milling radius has been further refined for an even more natural effect, which earned the Raukantex Pigment Wood edge the High Product Quality Award at Interzum 2025.

Raukantex Canvas, able to transfer the decor onto the edge with great attention to detail, is the ideal solution for textured worktops and those with intricate patterns. The decors are made even more vivid by an additional layer that creates a tactile 3D effect and can also be customized. 

On sustainability, the Rehau range includes the edge Raukantex eco which meets the strict requirements of the Scandinavian Nordic Swan Ecolabel. 

New Rauvisio textured surfaces and glass-effect finishes

There are also several novelties for the Rauvisio surfaces range, notably the new architecture-inspired textures of the Rauvisio cube collection. To the Urban Concrete cement-effect variant, awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2025 and the interzum guangzhou Award 2025, will be added in 2026 Desert Stone, a textured surface that recalls aged stone, offered in four decors that pair perfectly with the Rauvisio noir surfaces. 

At SICAM 2025 the collection of surfaces  Rauvisio crystal Strong was also showcased, with six new decors dedicated to Rehau's glass-effect laminate, ideal for kitchens and contract applications and particularly durable and easy to work with. The new decor collection, color-matched with the Rauvisio noir surfaces, will be available from spring 2026. 

Tambour systems: perfect match and sustainability

Within the tambour systems category, Flipdoor and its innovative space-saving slatted opening mechanism find the perfect match in terms of design, effect and finish, not only with the Rauvisio crystal surfaces but also with other solutions in the range. 

Among other novelties, a version of paintable tambour door can be produced in design match with the surfaces and panels from various kitchen manufacturers and Rauvolet eco, the sustainable tambour door, made entirely from recycled material. This eco version offers Rehau’s customary quality, is customizable and is available in all the colors and decors of traditional PP systems.
