Dye-sublimation digital printing on fabrics is a high-tech service, the true flagship of Dino Zoli Textile.
An evolution of the traditional transfer technique, this technology, developed thanks to innovative production solutions and consolidated manufacturing know-how, is an advanced design tool capable of combining maximum customization with rigorous control of the final result.
Color stability, durability and uniformity
Monica Zoli, Vice President of Dino Zoli Group, explains as follows the technology developed by the company: “Dye-sublimation digital printing, with the materials and machines we have chosen among the most innovative, developed through our research, allows the color to be transferred directly into the fiber, guaranteeing extraordinary color stability, durability and uniformity of the result. It is a technology that delivers extremely high detail definition, depth of tones and visual continuity even on complex surfaces and intricate patterns, while preserving the natural hand of the fabric. These characteristics imply resistance and long-lasting performance combined with aesthetics.”

Technology becomes a design language
Technology therefore is no longer just a production means, but becomes a design language.
Each project is developed in close synergy with designers, architects, artists and brands: it starts from listening to the client's needs and continues with the technical development of the file, the selection of materials and the fine-tuning of printing parameters, up to final production.
Customization is maximal: graphics, materials, colorways, scales, textures and applications make it possible to create unique, never standardized solutions. From the development of dedicated colors to exclusive patterns, to dimensional variants and bespoke solutions, every detail is carefully studied according to specific design and performance requirements. The entire production chain is Made in Italy and involves direct control of every phase and a quality system that integrates technological expertise, design culture and manufacturing tradition.

Applications beyond traditional textiles
The applications of this technology extend beyond traditional textiles. Dye-sublimation digital printing also finds application on PET acoustic panels, which become decorative elements capable of enhancing offices, workspaces, restaurants and hotels.
The ability to work on small and medium production runs also allows for wide compositional freedom and more efficient production management.
