Italian design and avant-garde technological solutions: these are the characteristics of Barazza, a company that for 50 years has been designing and creating complete, coordinated and customizable collections of ovens, hobs, hoods and sinks all in stainless steel AISI 304, an excellent material from the qualitative point of view, but also sustainable and reduced environmental impact. The stand designed for FTK Eurocucina 2018 proposed a journey through the latest Barazza collections: the new Lab Evolution hobs and Lab Cover with integrated hood, the Space induction hobs and the innovative Fusion project.
The new Lab Evolution gas hob with integrated central hood is equipped with Flat Eco-design burners that generate a vertical flame that allows for greater efficiency, less dispersion and maximum cooking uniformity. The Soft-Touch cast iron grids are pleasant to the touch and have the great advantage of being dishwasher safe. Thanks to the integrated central hood, the steam does not rise and is suctioned directly.
The Lab Cover hobs completely cover the work area, transforming it into a clean and linear whole. The Lab Cover collection includes the gas, induction and teppanyaki versions and the new gas hob with integrated hood.
Space is the efficient and refined induction hob, equipped with Touch Control with multi-slider; this is also proposed in the version with central hood suction plate.
Fusion, an innovative high-customization project
To offer new customizable recessed solutions that can be installed quickly and on any type of top, Barazza has designed Fusion, an innovative project that allows the integration of cooking and washing systems directly on the work surface, allowing the creation of a single steel element stainless steel according to customer needs. The Fusion collections are available in satin, mat and vintage finishes to customize every kitchen environment to the maximum. To complete the Fusion system, the hood is also provided, whose shelf can be made according to your needs.
