The company participated in interzum 2023 where it presented its innovative and environmentally friendly technologies in response to market needs and the growing demand for sustainable products.
"As far as we are concerned," said President Mario Fratoni, "the fair that has just ended was interesting as always, with perhaps a lower percentage of visitors than in the pre-covid editions, but certainly more interested. In our opinion there was a slight lack of foreigners, but in any case the results were positive'.

A wide range of high quality products

Adhesives for the padding sector

The product lines Respan and Pression, solvent-based adhesives for polyurethane foam, and Aquagum, two-component and one-component adhesives in water dispersion and total absence of solvents, have now become international benchmarks in those contexts where high technological content is required, especially with the latest versions of the M/300 family of one-component adhesives, specifically for the mattress production sector with application by automatic roller and spray machines.

An innovative product: Aquagum No Fog

The engineers at FraboAdesivi Labs, constantly searching for technologically innovative and environmentally friendly products, have recently developed Aquagum No Fog.

During the spraying process, Aquagum No Fog drastically reduces dust dispersion, preventing adhesive waste, facilitating precise application and limiting odour in the working environment. Aquagum No Fog keeps workplaces clean and guarantees maximum performance.

Aquagum CR Free, chlorine-free adhesives

Another new product presented by FraboAdesivi at interzum 2023 is CR-Free, a water-based two-component adhesive specifically for bonding polyester and polyurethane foams to themselves, wood, textiles, wadding, fibreglass and similar.
The CR Free product line is designed for the production and packaging of mattresses and for all processes in the production of upholstered furniture and foam resin converters.
They are adhesives free of polychloroprene (neoprene), organic solvents (VOCs) and halogenated organic compounds. CR-Free technology responds to the demands for materials free of chlorine, chloroprene and derivatives and respect for the circular economy, guaranteeing excellent performance at all times.
The products are characterised by good open time, strong initial setting and a heat resistance of over +100°C.
