Through a transaction structured with the support of Banca Finint in the role of arranger and the participation as subscribers of leading credit institutions, the Saviola Group has completed a financing of €200 million, with a SACE guarantee lasting 12 years.
The objective of the transaction is to provide support to the 2025–2029 development plan planned by the Group, aimed at new growth initiatives in Italy and Europe.
As explained by Alessandro Saviola, Chairman of the Group, “This financing is a strategic piece of our 2025–2029 plan: it will allow us to accelerate investments, increase production capacity and further raise our ESG standards.”

Promote greater international competitiveness in the spirit of the circular economy
Among the new growth initiatives are the expansion and modernization of the Sustinente plant, in the province of Mantua, and the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment, always designed according to ESG criteria.
The investments will aim to strengthen and optimize production processes, expand the product range and improve energy and environmental efficiency, accelerating the Group's path of growth, technological transformation and internationalization, a reference point in the global market for circular economy aspects, sustainability and a green approach.

Simone Brugnera, Head of Corporate Debt at Banca Finint, stated: “We are very proud to have supported a reality of absolute importance like the Saviola Group in a financing transaction that involved the country's main banks.” The transaction was in fact structured by Banca Finint in the role of arranger and loan & SACE Agent, and saw the participation of leading credit institutions as subscribers to the financing such as UniCredit, Banco BPM, Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Banco Desio, Crédit Agricole, BPER and Banca Popolare di Sondrio.
