Hera is a German company specialising in integrated lighting systems for the furniture industry and for shopfitting and display cases. Thanks to its almost 90 years of experience, it has achieved considerable expertise in the design, development and construction of prototypes 'Made in Germany', characterised by maximum functionality and modern, striking design.

The high quality standards and safety requirements of the lighting systems are all certified. Since 1998, the company has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001, and since 2010 for the high environmental quality standard ISO14001; as of 1 March 2021, it has achieved the transition to energy labelling (EU Energy Label).

High-quality lighting systems

Many innovations were presented by the company at the last interzum, high-quality lighting systems designed for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room that provide optimal conditions for working or relaxing. All Hera lights offer space-saving lighting solutions with a pleasant look; they are made of high-quality materials such as metal, aluminium and glass.

New products from the company include Intero-Line and Tape Z.

Intero-Line: a wide range of applications

In contemporary living, architecture and light are becoming increasingly integrated and therefore versatile and design-oriented luminaires are in demand. The already well-known innovative products such as Back-Line and U-Pad F, which won the 'reddot' design award, are now joined by Intero-Line.

Intero-Line is a linear luminaire made of high-quality matt brushed aluminium, available in stainless steel and black. The two light sources - diffuse ambient light at the top and task light at the bottom - can be dimmed and controlled separately. In addition, integrated grooves allow freely positionable shelves or hooks to be hung.

Intero-Line is a perfect lighting system for a wide range of applications, responding optimally to all the requirements of different rooms in the home: from the kitchen to the living area, from the bedroom to the home office.

It is individually configurable and expandable with smart accessories.

Tape Z: room for creativity

Tape Z are flexible, self-adhesive zig-zag LED strips with which profiles and contours can be customised. It is also ideal for backlighting profiles or logos.

Installation is quick and easy, thanks to the double-sided adhesive tape that can be shortened in 100mm intervals. Innovative and versatile Tape Z opens up vast possibilities for lighting design.
