The new glass slat cabinet
Rehau, a leading developer of systems for the Furniture Industry, has recently presented at the Sicam Exhibition in Pordenone Climber by Ludewig, the new glass slat cabinet that combines clean and puristic design with a technological heart. The novelty of Rehau is equipped with a motor-driven, sensor-controlled opening mechanism that ensures maximum comfort of use, resulting in an extremely versatile solution for any type of modern kitchen.
Climber by Ludewig is made up of slats of safety glass (ESG safety glass), with a thickness of 13 cm and characterized by excellent resistance to loads caused by everyday use, that form a flat and harmonious front panel with a minimalist aesthetic. Equipped with the same sliding mechanism of the tambour systems in polymer material, the Rehau novelty provides a motorized opening with a sensor for a maximum ease of use. In effect, a slight touch of the sensor located under the cabinet is enough to make the glass slats slide upwards simply and thus to have access to the contents of the cabinet.
The unique Rehau system is available in six finishes, including Perla and Magnolia tones, two variants that fit perfectly with the Rauvisio Crystal laminated surfaces similar to glass, a range of up-to-date surfaces with Rauvisio crystal slim, only 5 mm thick. To expand the planning options and to allow to integrate harmoniously into any kitchen environment, the slats of Climber by Ludewig are also available in white, black, black translucent and Satinato, while the structure of the cabinet, which can accommodate up to two glass shelves, is available in high-gloss white and stainless steel finish.
Provided complete with carcass, slat system and motor unit, the Climber module by Ludewig of Rehau is a finished solution and ready for installation. Width: 600 mm - 800 mm - 900 mm - 1000 mm; height: 650 mm (1 shelf) - 780 mm - 910 mm (2 shelves); depth: 373 mm.
