Ossicolor, a pioneering company in the processing and supply of aluminum components for the furniture industry, celebrates its 50th anniversary.
After starting in 1971 as a subcontractor for IRE (Whirlpool), the Spormaggiore (Tn) company is today a technologically advanced, decidedly "green" company and always looking for innovative solutions in terms of product and surface finishes. On the other hand, the numbers speak for themselves: born with 15 people on 1,000m2, the company has today achieved an annual turnover of 14 million euros and hosts 60 people on 10,000m2.
To celebrate this historic milestone Ossicolor exhibited interesting news at Sicam 2021. First of all, Aluframe, a construction system for the construction of load-bearing structures for kitchens, 100% aluminum, which can be positioned both inside and outside. Evolution of the Alubox base, a shell completely in aluminum that integrates perfectly between the bases in the traditional kitchen, Aluframe is solid and light, highly customizable both in tha anodized finishes, both in the painted finishes. The company also presented the new editions of highly successful products: Modus, a compositional element that combines elegance and practicality of use, and Palo, the upright that can be positioned both in the kitchen and in the bedroom, now also available in the round version, called Jazz (design by Michele Marcon).
The most important novelty, of which the company is particularly proud, is the automatic water-based painting system, with low environmental impact, recently put into operation within the new production area of 3.000m2: this allows to manage internally also painted finishes, opening the doors to a multitude of innovative effects on components up to 4.5 meters long. The new plant adds to the other 4.0 investments that the company has gradually introduced in mechanics and anodic oxidation, continuing with the strategic goal of equipping itself with sustainable and highly distinctive technological solutions. Ossicolor has recently equipped itself with a new prototyping technology for EDM 4.0 that allows it to overcome all limits in the creation of truly realistic samples, taking design quality to a higher level.

With an increase in foreign turnover of 25% and with more than twenty international trade fairs under its belt, the Trentino company continues to amaze with its style, quality and design.
