LG Hausys presents HI-MACS® Intense Ultra: an innovation in the Solid Surface market

After having recently presented the new HI-MACS Strato collection, LG Hausys now proposes another interesting novelty for the Solid Surface market, which opens up new design possibilities: the HI-MACS® Intense Ultra collection.
This new collection combines the innovative Ultra-Thermoforming property with Intense Colour technology. It is a new formulation that, as the name Intense itself indicates, offers high performance and optimal results.
The dark colours are much more intense and resistant and, thanks to the new formulation, the colour remains uniform over time. There are also interesting results during processing: the colour stays dark, less sanding dust is produced and the sanding marks on the surface and edges are greatly reduced.

 

Ultra-Thermoforming Technology


HI-MACS® Ultra-Thermoforming was born from an innovative technology that increases by 30% the thermoplastic possibilities, revolutionizing the design with Solid Surface.
The new HI-MACS® Intense Ultra also has excellent thermoforming properties. This innovative formula allows the material to reach a very small inner radius of up to 6 mm, with virtually no bleaching effect even on dark colours. Narrow curves and marked shapes that were once not possible with darker solid surface materials are now possible with HI-MACS®.
HI-MACS® Intense Ultra is available in the following colours: Black, Dark Grey and Grey.
HI-MACS® is a high quality acrylic stone that can take any shape and lends itself to endless applications on surfaces and coatings: in the coating of walls, in the realization of furniture, kitchens and bathrooms. It is almost as strong as stone, but it can be worked like wood: it can be cut, chamfered, drilled or polished.
