On the 24th September 2015 takes place the first Edition of Hardware Forum, a B2B event dedicated to the hardware and tool sector, combining an expositive area for the companies stand and an important convention about the topic arguments of the sector. The event will be done at Mi.Co. Milano Congressi (FieraMilano City area) in concomitance with Bricoday, a proved experience with a new partner, Hardware Forum Hardware Forum is the new initiative by Koelmesse, Exhibitions Board with a big experience in the hardware sector with worldwide leader shows Eisenwarenmesse and CIHS - China International Hardware Show in collaboration with Epe Edizioni This company publishes important magazines (BricoMagazine and Ferrutensil) and it’s the main organizer of BricoDay, on the eighth edition in 2015. A very strong partnership, a double event with a strong focus on the convention and analysis activity, with as surrounding the expositive spaces with which each company can show its products and its service to the distribution world. The Mi.Co Milano Congressi takes in a convention animating all the day. In the morning the prestigious speakers focus their attention on the bricolage world: under the light the brico distribution evolution during a very complex season, in which the networks are scaling down and there’s a interesting evolution of the specialized resale. A topic discussed with successful case history explaining innovative experiences both in Italy and in Europe. Bricocenter will present its recent “proximity strategy”, while Bricobravo and Ebay will propose information and inspiration topics about e-commerce. A out of the limits look tank to the “guide lines” for the future magazine of the company IFH of Colonia In the afternoon the attention will be displaced on more “professional” topics: from “visual merchandising” (the importance of the right exposition of the products in the stands and in the hardware spaces, with practical examples on how to increase visibility and to improve the sale performances) to the “pricing”, that is to say how to define the best strategy in the price management to find the best balance between margin and competitiveness. We will discuss also about logistic, how to manage the goods flow, the business relations with suppliers, the orders and the stocks with software even more smart and high-performance.
