Catas, the most important European laboratory for testing and research in the wood-furniture sector, has received the important "Customer Satisfaction Audit" award from Cerved of Milan, the authoritative agency for assessing the economic and organizational performance of companies.
The result of the survey carried out by Cerved found that 98% of Italian and even 100% of foreign customers are satisfied with the services of Catas.
The research work, carried out in the first months of 2019, was based on interviews with Catas' client companies, involving an extremely significant sample: 350 companies, both Italian, over 250, and foreign, over a hundred.
The initiative is part of the activities related to the fiftieth anniversary of Catas, an event that does not want to be limited to a time of celebration and celebration, but also wants to be an opportunity to take stock of their work and to learn more about relationships with their customers.
From Cerved's analysis it is clear that the companies interviewed felt they were really involved in this initiative. The most positive data, with more than 99% of satisfaction, concern the scope of the relationship with the laboratory: the customers expressed great satisfaction with the professionalism and availability of the technicians.
The excellent results obtained by the survey allowed Catas to receive the Csa (Customer Satisfaction Audit) award for having shown that it is a company that is extremely attentive to its customers.

"The picture that emerged from Cerved's valuable work is not only a source of great satisfaction, but also offers us some interesting points for reflection that stimulate us to do even better: certainly the best way to celebrate our fiftieth anniversary since the foundation".
