Xylexpo exhibitors will have at their disposal pavilions 22-24 of Rho Fieramilano, the exhibition area which, in addition to functional structures capable of ensuring total usability of the spaces, guarantees perfect integration with the private and public transport system.
Digital Signage to enhance the digital dimension
Thanks to the huge investments in technologies, Fieramilano Rho will offer exhibitors top-level equipment and services within the exhibition area and "outside it" through the enhancement of the digital dimension. The main objective of Fieramilano is in fact to optimize the interaction between exhibitors and visitors by trying to provide visitors with as much information as possible through Digital Signage. This new video promotion system, distributed throughout the exhibition center, includes various services that will be available during Xylexpo such as the streaming of all the events organized in the common areas and the new app that can be downloaded for free from the “online stores” of the event.
The new interactive digital platform Expo Plaza
There is also the new interactive digital platform Expo Plaza, Fieramilano's flagship project, with which exhibiting companies will be able to best present their offer, gather contacts, organize appointments. The platform also includes video chat with potential operators and demonstration webinars broadcast in streaming, in response to the growing need to combine the physical dimension of the event with the digital one, capable of extending the event beyond its geographical and temporal boundaries. The digital platform will obviously also have an interface dedicated to visitors, through which they can easily consult the online catalog of the event, contact exhibitors directly, register and attend the various webinars organized by the companies.
