HI-MACS® is a solid surface material used in architecture and interior design, the result of the technology of LG Hausys, a company always oriented towards innovation.

Innovation that saw the proposal of HI-MACS Structura® last year, panels whose surface was characterized by ten different fully customizable 3D textures, and even more today with the new HI-MACS® Ultra-Thermoforming.

Born from an innovative formula, HI-MACS® Ultra-Thermoforming increases the thermoplastic possibilities of the material by 30%. The particularity of HI-MACS® Ultra-Thermoforming consists precisely in the fact that it can be worked up to obtain a minimum bend radius of 18 mm against the previous 50 mm. This important feature allows designers to create much more pronounced curves and more organic and fluid designs, while maintaining all the technical and structural properties of this technological material. Remarkable is the high-performance quality of this new formula that allows the creation not only of accessories and small products, but which can also be applied to the kitchens and bathrooms design. For example, the radius of the drawn sinks can be reduced significantly, improving the size and aesthetics of the final product. The new HI-MACS® Ultra-Thermoforming in Alpine White colour is available in 12 mm thick sheets, for 760 x 3680 mm panels, and can be used indoors and outdoors.
