Saib, one of the leading Italian manufacturers of raw and finished chipboard, has started a collaboration with designer Diego Grandi to develop a new material with high technical and aesthetic performance, created in synergy with its own Research Centre.
Diego Grandi, known for his work on surface design, has led the DGO_Diego Grandi Office team since 2002, a design studio that deals with product, interior and design consultancy. “It is stimulating to confront myself with the creation of something new, which goes beyond the surface and enters the field of experimentation - commented Diego Grandi on the new collaboration.  “It is also essential to work and participate in a project that is part of the virtuous process already underway in Saib“.

A constant path oriented towards innovation

The choice of the company is part of the constant innovation-oriented path that has led Saib to become a leader in the production of raw and finished panels obtained through a virtuous process that involves the recovery and regeneration of wood at the end of its life to create a product called RPB - Regenerated Particle Board.
