Furnishing Idea is the portal dedicated to the furniture and furnishing industry, designed to bring together different professionals such as architects, designers, carpenters, furniture makers and manufacturers active in the furniture market who represent the reference point in terms of innovation and quality of the product offered. On the other hand, the portal aims to provide a valid information service focused on products, projects, events and fairs and everything that revolves around the world of components, semi-finished products and accessories for the furniture industry.

 

The portal is divided into different sections where you can explore the different products according to different categories, get in touch with manufacturers, download catalogues to keep up with industry trends and watch videos of interviews with the best professionals and manufacturers.

In the companies section there is an overview of the manufacturers registered on our portal, divided by product category, where you can contact us for any request. Our portal also has a special catalogues section to allow professionals and operators in the sector to view in a practical way all the catalogues relating to the various products (furniture hardware, upholstery materials, furniture paints, etc.). In addition, to allow easy consultation of the products, our portal has reserved a product section, organized by categories, where you can find out about the technical characteristics, materials and functionality of each product. Thanks to the trust placed in us by many manufacturers, our portal is now recognized both nationally and internationally. Mobile bonuses: six out of ten Italians intend to use it in 2019

According to Findomestic's monthly observatory, created in collaboration with Doxa, six out of ten Italians intend to use the mobile bonus this year.
According to the survey, there is growing interest in smart devices for the home: 52% are interested in investing in these devices, while according to 13% these represent the future.
As for the home, 78% of the interviewees own one of them and 83% are very satisfied; the most rewarding room is the living room (46%), followed by the bedroom (20%) and the kitchen (16%). More than half of the respondents, precisely 58%, said they would like to take advantage of the extension to December 31, 2019 of the mobile bonus to renovate the house or to buy new furniture.
Compared to the month of December, the intentions to purchase homes or apartments rose by 0.2% and 0.7% compared to January 2018, while the restructuring earned 0.3%. The estimated average expenditure declared for the purchase of furniture is € 2,200.
As for smart devices for the home, the greatest interest is directed towards air conditioners (53%) and light bulbs (47%), but then we find security devices such as cameras (46%) and sensors for doors and windows . Category apart from virtual assistants like Google Home and Amazon Alexa, also prompted by the recent television advertising: 16% have already bought one, while 31% will buy it as soon as the house is ready to survey these devices.

 

Other purchase intentions

In the usual monthly survey of the main market segments, Findomestic records an increase in purchase intentions for both new and used cars. Motorcycles and scooters are down instead.
The information technology, telephony and photography sector continues its fluctuating trend; the only positive sign is in the camera and video camera segment (0.4%).
On the other hand consumer appliances such as TV and hi-fi with a + 0.5% and large appliances with a + 0.6% were good.
Positive sign also for the intentions to buy Italians for leisure time: the “travel and holiday“ item recorded a share of 2.5% and sports equipment 1.1%.
