New opportunities can arise from a crisis situation. Will there be changes in your business reality and if so, which ones?


"I believe that there will be no particular changes as a result of the health emergency experienced in recent months".


 

In this period the importance of the web has emerged more strongly. Do you think you will use these means more even after the emergency?


"Today's online presence is important for a company and in Coronavirus times it has been very important.
Orsa foam has been positioned in the web world for several years now with an institutional website www.orsafoam.it where you can find mainly general information about the company, the mission, the product range and news.
After that, importance has been given to some products, called specialties, where a separate site has been created for each one in order to better convey the most significant information to the cybernaut. Then by surfing online you can find www.ifoam.it, www.gaia-foam.it and www.waterlily.it.
Moreover www.orsafoamrebound.it is the site dedicated to the internal polyurethane foam agglomeration department, of which Orsa foam is the only Italian producer that can boast its existence.
In the light of what said Orsa foam will continue to use these means of communication because we will certainly have, in the near future, more and more people connected and devoted to the network for the satisfaction of any request or need".

 


In addition to product quality and technological innovation, what other elements do you plan to focus on to strengthen your image in domestic and foreign markets (quality of work, sustainability, environment, solidarity)?


"By now, the concept of the Circular Economy is becoming more and more established all over the world, an expression that means an economic system designed to regenerate itself and thus also guarantee its eco-sustainability.
The current times push us to have a more "green" vision of life and habits, therefore we will follow the path of sustainability and the environment. Moreover, no less important for the image of a company, is the type of service that is offered. We think we can stand out even in this particular historical period because, although with the necessary precautions, the service has never stopped during the quarantine, being able to guarantee customers the material to carry on their business. Efficiency and quality even in customer care are focal elements for our image".
