Haier Europe household appliances: new smart workplace inaugurated in Italy, headquarters of the commercial divisions

New offices at the Energy Park in Vimercate (MB) focus on sustainability, smart working and lean thinking

Haier Europe, part of the Haier Smart Home group, number one in the world in the large household appliances sector, is opening new offices in the Energy Park in Vimercate (MB), which will be home to its commercial divisions. The building, which is characterised by a focus on sustainability, high energy efficiency and a completely plastic-free environment, also houses a showroom where the products, exclusive features and new products launched on the market for all the European brands will be presented: Candy, Hoover and Haier.
The three brands will have their own dedicated corner: Haier will highlight innovation, exclusive technologies, sophisticated design and tailor-made solutions, while reliability, performance and attention to the family's wellbeing and health will be the cornerstones for Hoover, and smartness, intuitiveness, accessibility and a strong Italian character will characterise the Candy corner.

 

Spaces designed according to the RenDanHeYi model


The spaces inside the building (over 2,600 square metres in total on three floors) have been designed following the approach centred on the RenDanHeYi micro-entrepreneurial model, the model at the heart of Haier's philosophy. In fact, the new offices are the result of the need to create a smart, dynamic working environment, built by eliminating all barriers and boundaries to facilitate collaboration between the various teams and encourage the creativity and sharing of ideas of those who work there.
An ideal concept for applying the founding elements of Haier's strategy in daily activities: entrepreneurship, "Zero Distance to Consumers" and focus on the innovative win-win and integrated IOT ecosystem that realises the Smart Home concept.

Haier leads the world in large household appliances


Haier Smart Home, with its Haier, Candy and Hoover brands, is once again the world's number one large household appliance group according to the annual ranking compiled by Euromonitor International, the world leader in business intelligence and consumer research services, which ranks manufacturers and brands according to retail sales value.
In addition to being ranked number one in large household appliances for the twelfth year running in 2020, the Haier brand has been ranked number one in refrigerators for the thirteenth year running and number one in the washing segment for the last twelve years, as well as being the leader in freezers for ten years and in wine cellars for eleven years.
