Bosch Home Appliances has recently presented at the IFA in Berlin, the fair dedicated to home appliances and consumer electronics, the Black Carbon new range appliances characterized by pure and essential aesthetics, which responds to the need to have appliances as much as possible integrated and harmonious inside the most sophisticated kitchens.

A complete range in black carbon, in which all household appliances can be combined individually with each other: ovens, microwave ovens, hobs (including models with integrated hood), warming and vacuum-seal drawers, extractor hoods, coffee maker machine, built-in dishwasher and Vario Style combined refrigerator.

The elegant fronts are in black glass and include a rotating ring in brushed stainless steel coated with DLC (amorphous carbon with diamond-like properties) and brushed black anodized metal handles.

Robert Sachon, responsible designer of Bosch Home Appliances about the choice of the black colour declares: “The black absorbs the non-essential and reflects the essential.“ The essential, in this case the functionality, is given by the functions of the appliances, which are expressed through the rotating ring, the details of the frame, the display and the handles in high quality black stainless steel.

Innovative features for perfect results

Induction hobs are equipped with PerfectFry and PerfectCook sensors that make cooking simpler and more convenient and the TFT Touch display.

The ovens have the PerfectBake sensor for the preparation of desserts and in general of all dough based on yeast, the PerfectRoast thermoprobe that accurately measures the internal temperature of the dish, and the microwave function.

Many of the appliances are also equipped with the DishAssist and Home Connect cooking assistant which allows you to control them from anywhere and at any time. The range also includes an oven with the steam function.

The vacuum-seal drawer is one of the most important innovations for Bosch; different ingredients with herbs or spices can be vacuum-sealed in the special bags, keeping the aromas in direct contact with food during cooking and making them much more fragrant thanks to the low and constant cooking temperature inside the oven.

The line also offers different suction solutions: the hoods integrated in the worktop that appear only when they are used, the wall hoods applied to the wall directly above the hob and the island and ceiling hoods that adapt perfectly to the ceilings whites of many kitchens. Some models are equipped with PerfectAir Sensor, a sensor that measures the intensity of the fumes and odours produced and that regulates the suction power in a totally automatic way according to the need.

The range is completed by a fully automatic coffee machine, a series of fully retractable dishwashers, only visible for the high-resolution Timelight display, and the black carbon Vario Style combined refrigerator.
