Available in stainless steel, it works in two heights: the work surface level (ideal for wok, teppanyaki) and the raised level. The transition from one level to another takes place through a simple hand pressure on the closed element.

If you can not take advantage of a ventilation duct, the UP_SIDE hood is also available with the “recycling“ option: a recycling hood sends the filtered air inside the kitchen back, fat particles are captured through an anti grease metallic filter and odors are absorbed through activated carbon filters.
