Bora, a leading company specialising in the production of cooker hob extractors, offers the new Bora Professional 2.0 system, a cooker hob with an integrated extraction system that combines innovation, aesthetics and efficiency.
The new Bora Professional 2.0 system has an electric cooktop extractor fan, intelligent control and an exclusive modular system consisting of six components: cooktop, extractor fan, motor, channel (Bora Ecotube), filter and wall channel (Bora 3box). The cooker hob and the cooker hob extractor communicate with each other in the system.

Bora Professional 2.0: an innovative and silent system

Bora Professional 2.0 opens electronically: by turning on a cooking plate, the shut-off valve opens silently and automatically. Once the cooking is finished, it closes again leaving everything perfectly flat and with no space between the joints. In the vacuum cleaner, under the filter, there is a tray for collecting fats.
Thanks to the quiet fan integrated in the base of the kitchen, the suction system remains quiet even at high power levels.

Combination of an efficient extra-deep vacuum cleaner and hobs

The heart of the system is the high quality stainless steel knobs, with the user interface on the front surface, knobs that allow intelligent driving. This is the first time that intelligence has been placed in the control elements, making Bora Professional 2.0 the most innovative system on the market. The temperature is displayed on the knob and can be regulated through touch and rotation controls; other functional programs and the suction control are also managed by these knobs.
Another very important feature that distinguishes the Bora Professional 2.0 system from the others is that the 54 cm extra-deep hobs are among the largest on the market and therefore leave even more space for cooking.

A modular system with a refined design

Bora offers a wide range of hobs, from induction or gas surfaces to Teppanyaki stainless steel grills, which can be freely combined with the suction system.
The design of the new Bora Professional 2.0 system is discreet and designed for perfect functionality by the user; it is now also available in the elegant “all black edition“.
