Winner of the “Best of the best“ Interzum Award 2015

Inspired by the tones of nature, Arpa Industriale is introducing at Interzum 2015 four new colours to enrich the silent colour palette of Fenix NTM, the innovative nanotechnological matt material for interior design with a soft touch surface.
To create an evocative surface material, Arpa put great care into the extension of Fenix NTM's charming and silent colour selection. With the addition of 0032 Bianco Kos, which evokes the pristine and characteristic Greek Island landscape, Fenix NTM is now available in three tones of white.
Architects and designers will also have more design freedom with the extension of the grey tone range: 0724 Grigio Bromo, inspired by the volcanic ashes, and 0725 Grigio Efeso, which recalls the remains of the ancient Greek city. The collection has also been empowered with the new 2638 Titanio Doha, capturing the very essence of pearls.
“The long-lasting knowledge of the acrilic resin and the Electron Beam cured surface, together with the utilisation of nanoparticles, has granted Fenix NTM its way to success in more than 60 countries where it is currently being sold, “ said Stefano Mion, CEO of Arpa Industriale.
Additionally, the complete product range is now available in the new 3050 mm x 1300 mm size. This adds to the traditional 4200 mm x 1600 mm format. Both formats are available in all thicknesses (0.9, 1.2, 10 and 12 mm).
Fenix NTM, developed by an international team of specialists and with a unique combination of features, is produced thanks to acrilic resins and cured with Electron Beam. In addition, the use of nanotechnology allows Fenix NTM to regenerate itself: possible micro scratches may be in fact thermally healed. It is also highly resistant to scratches, abrasion, rubbing, dry heat, impacts, acid solvents, and household reagents. While featuring enhanced antibacterial properties that make this surface hygienic and easy to clean, Fenix NTM is also waterproof and mold-free.

Arpa Industriale at Interzum 2015 received the “Best of the best“ Interzum Award 2015 in the “materials and surfaces“ category. This award adds to the international recognition gained since last year by the innovative nanotech matt material for interior design: materialPREIS, Best Design Material Dwell on Design and ADI Design Index.
